Sally Perkins tells stories of all sorts (folk tales, wisdom tales, ghoulish tales, personal tales, and historical tales) to audiences of all ages. She has been commissioned by Indiana Landmarks, Storytelling Arts of Indiana, and the Indiana Historical Society to create stories about Hoosiers like John Dillinger and landmarks like Hinkle Fieldhouse. She has made Indy Fringe audiences laugh with her personal stories. And she weaves her wisdom storytelling into the music of musicians like the Indianapolis Children’s Choir and a fiddler from the Irish Aires. Sally also trains professionals on storytelling and effective presentations for their organizations.
