Join us as we celebrate and recognize our volunteers, The Back Story. These individuals volunteer their time telling stories at a local children’s hospital, leading the As I Recall Storytelling monthly guild meetings, emceeing during Jabberwocky, judging the Annual Liar’s Contest, recording the stories of everyday people for the Life Stories Project, selling merchandise, selling tickets during Ghost Stories at Crown Hill Cemetery, distributing programs at the theater doors, setting up coffee and hot tea as well as assisting with the RIP Reception and Talk of the Town.
One of the co-founders of Storytelling Arts of Indiana, Bob Sander is celebrating 30 years as a professional storyteller. The highlight of the Back Story Celebration includes Bob telling a few of his favorite stories as a thank you for all those who supported him throughout his career and all those who have supported the mission of Storytelling Arts of Indiana.
A reception will Immediately follow the 60-minute storytellling performance.
