Don’t miss this entertaining and enlightening evening of Bible stories with a twist. Barbara McBride-Smith, winner of the 2000 Circle of Excellence Award from the National Storytelling Network, applies her Texan twang to the women of The Good Book, telling their stories with respectful irreverence. She “countrifies” these familiar characters with Southern sass, resulting in side-splitting, unorthodox tales that retain their scriptural truths about inspiring generosity.
